Once it's complete I'm considering selling the full set for around the $15 mark, probably via Creative Market.Here's a collection of amazing new Procreate ink brushes, pigment pens, and marker brushes!Īs part of my regular InkTober Brush Challenges 2017-2019, I created, tweaked, and optimised a brand-new series of different inking brushes, pens, and markers using the awesome new features of the latest Procreate 5 update.Ĭheck out my brand-new InkTober 2020 set with 45+ awesome Procreate 5X brushes incl. They're all done at 300dpi too, so the end results should prove fine for print as well as screen. I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro whilst developing these, but they're also being tested with a Microsoft Surface Pen and work pretty much identically. The rest are currently split into themes such as rocks, water, ground surfaces, plants, trees, flowers, snow, clouds, etc, but I've got ideas for tons more (and also some large texture images now Autodesk have added that superb feature to Sketchbook's brush controls), so I think it's going to be an ongoing, constantly evolving process. These art brushes are the ones shown here, but over the next week or two I'm hoping to complete the brush stroke guides for all (250+)of the others. As mentioned, they're mostly geared to landscape painting but in the course of creating them I've also ended up with a distinct set of more general art brushes. Using a combination of photo textures, my own hand drawn elements and a great deal of experimentation, the set currently stands at over 280 brushes. One of the strengths of Sketchbook Pro is its sheer speed, so for the past couple of months I've been working hard on a brush set focused on fast landscape concepting and painting.
